How do I open a trade account with the Fire Trade Hub?
Trade accounts are only available to registered installers of stoves and fires, including Hetas, Oftec and Gas Safe engineers, chimney sweeps, independent stove shops and others connected with the fireplace trade.
Once registered, our trade customers can access a wide range of the best stoves and fires at competitive prices, our multi-buy offers and clearance deals. In addition to the brands featured on our website, we can also source many hard to find stoves.
Do you sell just stoves?
In addition to stoves, we offer flue systems and a range of fireplaces, hearths, chambers and other items needed to complete a cost effective installation.
Do you offer technical advice?
We have a team of in-house HETAS engineers to offer you support and advice on all things fires and stoves. For help with flues and flue design, you will have direct access to our flue partners technical tea
Where do you source your products from?
The Fire Trade Hub are authorised main dealers for all the stoves we offer, including Charnwood, Chesneys, Hwam and. We are also an official Poujoulat retail partner.
Do you offer a guarantee or warranty?
All of our stoves come with a comprehensive manufacture backed warranty. The flue systems we offer are covered by Poujoulats industry leading 10 year warranty.
